FreePBX - Applications Menu

Announcements - This menu allows you to create announcements from previously recorded audio recordings.

Bulk DIDs - This menu choice allows you to manage bulk DIDs using CSV files. You can add, edit or delete DIDs as desired.

Bulk Extensions - This menu choice allows you to manage bulk extensions using CSV files. You can add, edit or delete extensions as desired.

Call Flow Control - This module allows you to control up to Feature Codes to control call flow and be toggled on or off.

Callback - This module allows you to add a callback feature: a callback will hang up on a caller then call them back to the selected destination.

DISA - This module allows you to provide a service where outside callers can dial into your PBX and then dial out, appearing as if they are dialing from the PBX.

Extensions - This module allows you to create SIP extensions, IAX2 extensions, ZAP extensions, DAHDi extensions, Virtual extensions and extensions using other protocols such as SCCP and H.323.

Follow Me - This module allows you to create a "presence" in that you can create an ordered list of extensions to call you.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) - This module allows you to create interactive voice response menus that the user can use to access all parts of the PBX's dialplan.

Languages - This module allows you to add and change the language used by the system.

Misc Applications - The module allows adding feature codes that you can dial from internal phones that go to various destinations available in FreePBX.

Misc Destinations - This module allows you to add destinations that can be used by other FreePBX modules, generally used to route incoming calls.

Paging and Intercom - This module allows you to configure group paging and intercom for specific phones that have that capability.

Queue Priorities - This module allows you to set a caller's priority in a queue. Setting a higher priority will put the caller ahead of other callers already in a queue.

Queues - This module allows you to create queues which are like a "hold" with multiple callers waiting in priority.

Ring Groups - This module allows you to create broadcast or sequential ring groups of extension.

SetCallerID - This module allows you to change the callerID of the call and tehn continue on the desired destination. You may want to change the callID from "John Doe" to "Sales: John Doe".

Time Conditions - This module allows you to create events that will happen based on the Time Group and the time of day. You may want to have a Working Hour IVR and an After Hours IVR.

Time Groups - This module works with Time Conditions and is used to set the time of the event and assign it to a Time Group.

Voicemail Blasting - This module allows you to create a Voicemail Blast group for sending bulk voicemails to groups of extensions such as accounting or engineering departments.
