2. Equipment sell and recycle requests
The Site offers a form that lets businesses request offers for, or recycling of, telecom and network equipment.
- We are a connector. We share your request with independent buying and recycling partners, which may include companies affiliated with TelecomWorld101. We may receive compensation for referrals.
- No guarantee of offers. We do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, any particular price, response time, or outcome.
- Agreements are between you and the partner. Any quote, purchase, pickup, data destruction, or recycling arrangement is made directly between you and the partner, under that partner’s terms. We are not a party to those agreements and are not responsible for a partner’s performance.
- Your responsibilities. By submitting a request, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate
- You own the equipment or are authorized to sell or dispose of it on behalf of its owner
- The equipment is not stolen or otherwise obtained unlawfully
- You are responsible for removing or securing any data on the equipment unless you arrange data destruction with a partner
We may decline or report any request we reasonably believe involves stolen property or unlawful activity.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or spam requests
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape at abusive volumes, or gain unauthorized access to the Site
- Upload files containing malware or content you do not have the right to share
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to TelecomWorld101 and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our content and quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not republish substantial portions without permission.
